First male synchro skater to compete for Canada at Worlds

Nexxice has made history before, when they became the first Canadian team to win gold at the ISU World Synchronized Skating Championships in 2009. This year, Nexxice will make history as soon as they step on the ice to compete on April 8th. For the first time, a male skater will be competing for a Canadian team at Worlds. However, The Hamilton Spectator explains that “[t]he story, really, is that there is no story” in Male skater breaks the ice.
